FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: method of separation of the tire beads from the rim of the vehicle wheel consists in the force action of the working part of the flanging mechanism in the form of rollers on the tire at the wheel rim in the opposite direction along an axis parallel to the wheel axis when it rotates relative to the working part of the flanging mechanism to the separation of the sides of the tire from the rim. Rotation of the wheel is carried out periodically from the engine through the transmission of the vehicle. After the rollers converge in the opposite direction, one turn of the wheel is performed, for example, forward, followed by stopping and subsequent rollover convergence in the opposite direction. One turn of the wheel is performed, for example, backwards, followed by stopping and repeating the frequency of operations until the tire beads are completely separated from the rim. Device for separation of the tire beads from the rim of the vehicle wheel includes a casing, a wheel turning mechanism mounted on it, squeezing levers fixed to the casing with rollers at the ends, and a drive for moving the indicated levers. On the case above the wheels, supporting guiding elements are rigidly coaxially aligned with the wheel axis in the horizontal plane for longitudinal movement along them and lock engagement with the corresponding I-beam profile.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency, autonomy, mobility of tire dismantling and reducing the cost of repairing the wheels of the vehicle.
