DEVICE FOR SURFACE TREATMENT OF ARTICLES IN FIELD CONDITIONS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC B25F3/00

Abstract RU 2727366 C1

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production instrumentation and can be used for operation in field conditions without power supply source. Device comprises housing consisting of two parts, upper moving part and lower fixed part, installed coaxially relative to each other, hollow inner shaft is made with conical surface of its outer part end and fixed on bearing supports in lower fixed part of housing, leaf spring, one end of which is fixed on inner surface of upper movable part of housing, and other end is fixed on shaft by means of fasteners. There are also spring swirling mechanism, spring release mechanism and working tool fixation mechanism. In axial hollow part of shaft there coaxially installed is spring-loaded rod of mechanism of working tool fixation with possibility of axial movement relative to internal shaft. On the processed surface the device is installed at full spring swirling, and at spring untwisting the shaft is rotated.

EFFECT: broader technological capabilities of the device.
