SUBSTANCE: device has bed with a batching unit constructed as a hopper and driving feeder which is in contact with the movable bottom with pusher, die, and punch with a generator of force vibration pulses. The punch is secured to the cross-piece which connects the top parts of vertically movable guide columns. The die has races, which enclose the guide columns which are in contact with stop cantilevers made on the pusher, and is mounted on stands mounted on the bed. The distance between the top surface of the die and surface of the stop cantilevers of the driving pusher exceeds the height of guide columns by 1.008-1.025 times.
