FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: plant for the semidry compaction of artucles made of building mixtures has bed 1 with guide columns 2 connected in its upper part by cross beam 3. Power cylinder 4 is mounted on the cross beam. The rod end of the cylinder is kinematically connected with punch 5. Bottonless matrix 6 is disposed coaxial to punch 5 under it. By means of flexible members the metrix rests on the main yoke hinged with the power cylinders of the mechanism for vertical displacements. Additional yoke 11 hinged on the rod of the power cylinder of punch 4 connected with it by means of resilient layings is located over main yoke 10 whose girdles encompass the guide columns. An oscillation exciter with a horizontal debalanced shaft is set up on the longitudinal wall of bottomless matrix 6. The rigidity of the resilient supports exceeds that of the flexible members by 8.7-15 times. The distance from the axle of the horizontal debalanced shaft to the lower face end of the matrix and to its longitudinal axle makes up 0.25-0.75 and 1.5-2.0 of its height and length, correspondingly. The flexible members are connected up in pairs and are mounted in symmetry with the transverse axle of the matrix. In this case the distance between the axles of the flexible members in each pair and between the pairs makes up 0.35-1.5 and 0.6-1.6 of the matrix width and length, correspondingly.
