FIELD: production of laminated tin. SUBSTANCE: multilayered material is produced by applying biaxially-oriented polyester film containing links of ethyleneterephthalate to at least one side of a metal sheet, and by thermal deposition. Thermal deposition is carried out by heating the metal sheet to a temperature higher then melting temperature of polyester film; then the film is applied under pressure to at least one side of the sheet so that the temperature of the external surface of the film is lower than the film melting temperature. Then the material is again heated by an indirect-heating source to a temperature higher than the film melting temperature (260-300 C), held at this temperature and quickly cooled to a temperature which is lower than the glass-transition temperature of polyester film comprising links of ethyleneterephthalate until a multilayered material with amorphous structure of the film is produced. The metal sheet is made of an aluminium alloy, the biaxially-oriented film is crystalline with a drawing degree of 2.2-3.8 in the longitudinal direction and 2.2-4.2 in the transverse direction. The polyester film may contain titanium dioxide as a pigment and silicon dioxide as an antiblocking agent. This enhances the deep-drawing capacity of the material. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 8 dwg, 2 tbl
