FIELD: tins production. SUBSTANCE: laminated material is presented as metal sheet (electrolytically deposited steel, tin plate, low-carbon steel, aluminum or its alloy), one side of which is covered with composition film, that has outer layer of film, made on base of linear polyester, that has links of ethyleneterephthalate with melting temperature over 220 C and inner adhesive layer. Another side of sheet is deposited wit film, based on polyolefin. Inner adhesive layer is made of amorphous copolymer ethyleneterephthalate and ethyleneisophthalate with their moles ratio of 80 20 or of copolyester ethyleneglycol, di(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexane and terephthalic acid, with temperature of softening below 150 C and temperature of melting - 180 210 C. Based on polyolefin film is made of polymer, selected from group having polyethylene, polypropylene, or blockcopolymer of ethylene and copolymer, copolymer of ethylene and vynylacetate modified by grafting Malian anhydride, copolymer of ethylene and (Neth) acrylic acid. Depositing of polymeric layers is exercised by simultaneous thermostratifying. In the case metal sheet is heated at first stage up to temperature of 140 190 C, that is sufficient to soften polymeric films and their contact with metal sheet, but lower than temperature, under which damage of polyolefin film outer surface takes place. Produced laminated material is heated once more at second stage using induction device or device for infrared heating to temperature sufficient for engagement and linking of each of polymeric films with metal sheet surface. Material is kept under the temperature at least for 1 s and then it is quickly cooled. EFFECT: during laminated material production process different films thermostratifying is provided, that simplifies production process. 25 cl, 12 dwg, 3 tbl
