FIELD: production of laminated metal sheet applicable in manufacture of drawn cans with thermally cemented walls. SUBSTANCE: multilayer material is produced by application to, at least, one side of metal sheet of polyester film oriented by two axes and containing links of ethylene therephthalate and thermally applied layers. Thermal application of layers is effected by heating point, then, the film is applied to one side under pressure so that the outer film surface has temperature below the film melting point. Material is heated again with the help of the source of indirect heating up to temperature T2 exceeding the film melting point and held at this temperature and, then, quickly cooled to the temperature of glass transition of polyester film including links of ethylene therephthalate up to obtaining multilayer material with amorphous structure of film. Metal sheet may be made of aluminium alloy. The film oriented by two axes is crystalline with draft degree in longitudinal direction of 2.2-3.8, and in transverse direction of 2.2-4.2. Film based on polyester may contain titanium dioxide as pigment, and silicon dioxide as antiblocking agent. In this case, capability of material for deep draft increases. Draft is accomplished in three stages of preliminary, additional, with reduction of diameter and increase of height, and final drifts. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 16 cl, 8 dwg, 2 tbl
