FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: device has head guide rope pulleys 1, 2 and driving bevel gears 3, 4 fitted on axles 5, 6. Driven gears 7 and 8 are mechanically coupled with spindles 9,10 on which nuts 11, 12 are turned. Secured on one of nuts is control magnet 13, and on other nut, sealed-contact reed relay 14. In case of non-synchronous rotation of pulleys 1, 2 caused by creeping or sagging of ropes, one of driving gears decreases its speed. As a result path covered by nut with magnet 13 relative to nut with sealed-contact reed relay 14 is decreased, and the latter will open contact. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
