FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: transformer converter of linear movements has tightened string 1 passing through ring magnetic circuit 2 with two measurement windings 3, 4 dropped in slots mutually perpendicular and creating magnetic field which direction of vectors of magnetic induction coincides with axes X and Y. Number of turns in windings is distributed in proportion to cosine of central angles α and b between direction of vector of magnetic induction of field formed by corresponding winding and beam directed to center of slot where turns of given winding are laid. In consequence of such distribution of windings magnetic field formed by each winding has same density of magnetic flux over entire width of air gap of magnetic circuit. EFFECT: capability of two-dimensional measurements of deviations from linearity in plane of specified cross-section, increased precision of measurements. 1 dwg
