FIELD: S H F equipment. SUBSTANCE: waveguide polarizer has section of round waveguide, for instance, and dielectric plate placed into it. Longitudinal flat conductor is positioned on side surface of dielectric plate in symmetry with its edges. Insertion of longitudinal flat conductor allows incursion of differential phase shift to be increased and its stability within frequency band to be provided which leads to reduced length of polarizer and to expanded working range of frequencies. EFFECT: reduced length of polarizer, expanded working range of frequencies. 3 dwg
