OSCILLATOR WITH RADIATION IMMUNITY Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2037954 C1

FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has metal housing 1, piezoelectric resonator 2, electrodes 3, 4, capacitors 5, 6 which serve for correction and which capacity corresponds to other characteristics. This results in possibility to compensate shift in frequency of piezoelectric resonator. This shift can be caused by accumulation of electric charges in crystal volume when device is under penetrating radiation. EFFECT: increased stability of frequency which does not depend on radiation dose. 13 cl, 3 dwg
