FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle is made in form of pneumatically stressed closed structure whose outer and inner envelopes are connected by means of load-bearing transversal member. Flotage and rigidity of structure to collapse under action of atmospheric pressure are ensure due to presence of light carrier gas excessive pressure in inter-envelope space. Cavity formed by inner envelope is connected with atmosphere by means of passage fitted with valve. Flying vehicle is also provided with pump and compressor which may be connected to passage for control of aerostatic lift force due to change of air mass in above-mentioned cavity. EFFECT: extended field of use of atmospheric air as altitude control ballast. 1 dwg
