FIELD: inspection and control practice. SUBSTANCE: meter comprises casing 1 whose inside space is divided by waterproof partitions into compartments. The compartment has semipermeable membrane 3 installed on its external surface, and an outlet hole for communication with operational medium. The external surface of the compartment which separates it from the operational medium has hole 6. One compartment is loaded with low-soluble or osmotically low-active substances mixed with well-soluble ones. The other compartment is filled with osmotically-active substances. At the start, moisture penetrates through hole 6 and the nutrient elements enter from one compartment. Then the other compartment is turned on for metering out the basic nutrient elements and microelements. Both compartments make it possible to meter out substances differing in solubility and osmotic pressure. EFFECT: improved design. 6 cl, 6 dwg
