FIELD: filling of plastic materials and rubber, pigments, and cleaning agents. SUBSTANCE: ash waste products containing oxides of silicon, aluminium, iron, calcium, potassium, titanium and rare metals are crushed to 50 to 10 mcm and calcined at 420 to 900 C for 150 to 180 min, the crushing operation being carried out to 20 to 10 mcm, in an aqueous medium followed by drying. The color changes from light gray to black including brown. The covering power is 19,5-24,0 g/m2 and the cleaning power is 23-76. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process. 2 cl, 2 tbl
