FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: object of this invention is making penis having physiological properties closest to sound one by obtaining necessary penis turgor, as may be desired by patient, and prevention of various complications that may arise from use of permanent silicon endoprostheses. This method prescribes dissecting, removing free musculo-cutaneous flap, rolling it into tube, transplanting it into pubic region, using revascularized thoracodorsal graft, and carrying out direct reinnervation of flap muscle through motor nerve of tender muscle of femur. EFFECT: disclosed method permits shaping penis functionally suitable for sexual intercourse owing to its normal strain provided by contracting flap muscle.
