Cavernous bodies and urethra are separated from skin on the hanging penis segment to the spongious body of the glans penis. Musculo-fascial microsurgical autograft on the vascular pedicle is taken. The cavernous bodies are wrapped with the autograft to the ureteral part. The autograft is revascularized using recipient area blood vessels.
