SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to coloproctology, can be used for rehabilitation of the patients after extraction or congenital absence of the rectal closing apparatus. An autograft is sampled from broadest muscle of back, herewith including thoracodorsal artery, accompanying veins and thoracodorsal nerve. A neo sphincter is formed in the distal direction in relation to preformed coloplasty reservoir and in the proximal direction from formed smooth cuff. The neosphincter is formed so that muscular fibres of the autograft are across the longitudinal axis of brought-down intestine. It is followed with revascularisation of the autograft from inferior gluteal vessel basin and reinnervation through pudendal nerve system.

EFFECT: method allows forming the controlled closing apparatus that is a significant aspect of social-professional rehabilitation of the patients with lost or absent rectal sphincter apparatus.
