FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves temporarily inhibiting intestinal mobility with specially selected dose of ganglioplegic pentamine inducing interruption of pathologic pulse flow in neural parasympathetic ganglia located in intestinal wall. To reduce intensity of intestinal paresis and achieve early restoration and expressed stimulation of peristalsis, pentamine is administered immediately after operation at a dose of 0.6 mg/kg of body mass every 6 h increasing the dose by 0.2 mg/kg every two days. Treatment course duration is 6-7 days. EFFECT: early restoration of intestinal mobility; expressed stimulation of peristalsis. 4 dwg
