FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: tool comprises working member, a first jaw, the second jaw and jaw consoles. Jaw consoles are fixed on common socle part by spaced apart hinges. Hinge axles are oriented parallel to each other and are spaced apart. Between both axes can be slot for precise direction of the blade. Jaw consoles are installed in each case on their own hinges with small gap and retained relative to each other by means of transverse fixation.
EFFECT: simple mounting and accurate direction.
