FIELD: cleaning oil in internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: filter has hollow housing with inner stops, cover with inlet and outlet openings, seal for a butt between the cover and housing, filtering member mounted inside the housing, flange having the central opening and interposed between inner stops of the housing and filtering member, connecting pipe, and nut. The connecting pipe is rigidly connected with the flange over the surface of its central opening. The flange is flat, and the ratio of difference of the inner diameter of the housing and outer diameter of the flange to the inner diameter of the housing is equal to 0.002-0.01.
