FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: module 1 integrates water pump 4, oil filter 5, oil radiator 3, thermostats, differential valve and radiator safety valve. Module cast housing has flange with mounting face for connection to cylinder block and comprises oil radiator casing with chamber for heat transfer element extending to said mounting face. The part of water pump casing with coolant discharge involute channel part is arranged ahead of module housing. Module housing comprises case of thermostats with mounting face for connection of pipelines. Module housing has channels to feed oil to oil radiator chamber, channel to discharge oil therefrom to oil filter, channel to discharge oil from the latter and into engine cylinder block. Module housing has water pump suction channel, channel to feed coolant from cylinder block to thermostat chamber and bypass channel to communicate the latter with water pump suction chamber. Module housing has flange for mounting the oil filter. Module housing has outlet to discharge oil from channel feeding oil to oil radiator chamber. Module housing has differential valve seat and channel to feed control oil to said valve. Channels to feed oil to oil radiator and to discharge it therefrom have outlets at oil filter flange mounting face. Channels to feed oil to oil radiator and to discharge it therefrom are arranged in cylinder block 12 and module 1 to cross their mating surface. Seat 15 is made at sidewall of cylinder block 12. Seat 15 has opening to discharge coolant into cooling jacket. Rib 23 is arranged between the bottom of seat 15 and heat transfer element.
EFFECT: compact design, smaller number of connection pipelines.
