SUBSTANCE: swirling device of the apparatus is provided with a cylindrical member whose height is equal to 0.7-1.5 of its diameter and which is mounted above the swirling device. A set of additional members are mounted inside the top part of the housing and arranged over the periphery ring with respect to the assembly of filtering members. The cylindrical member is provided with space for collecting cleaned gas at its top part. Openings can be made in the top part of the cylindrical member. The cloth of the plate can have a space for supplying a heat carrier. In addition, the 0.6-07 ratio of the filtering area of the assembly of filtering members to the filtering area of the additional members is preferable.
