FIELD: magneto-optics. SUBSTANCE: magnetooptical structure is produced by liquid-phase precipitation of bismuth-containing epitaxial film from super-cooled solution- melt to base of calcium-niobium-gallium garnet. Sprayed preliminarily on base is silicon layer 0.1-0.2 mcm thick with its subsequent annealing at 900-910 C for 5-6 h. This treatment ensures higher quality of surfaces of base and film. Improved base surface morphology increases coefficient of entry of bismuth into film and ensures increase of magnetic rotation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
