FIELD: analytical instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at analysis of mercury and other easily evaporating elements. Analyzer has high-frequency no-electrode mercury-vapor lamp, high-frequency generator, absorbing cell, reflector of resonance radiation of mercury passed through absorbing cell to lamp, photodetector and indicator. Presence of mercury in analyzed air is registered by change of nonresonance radiation of lamp. Absorbing cell can be manufactured in the form of torus. Silicon photodiode can be used as photodetector. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of analysis. 3 cl, 1 dwg
