SUBSTANCE: device comprises, connected in series into a closed automatic frequency control loop, a controlled generator, a phase modulator, a controlled laser light source, a controlled optical attenuator, a quantum absorber, a photodetector and a frequency adjustment unit, the output of which is connected to the input of the controlled generator, as well as a first low-frequency generator, the output of which is connected to the modulating input of the phase modulator and the reference input of the frequency adjustment unit. The second input of the controlled laser light source is connected through a carrier adjustment unit to the output of the photodetector, and the third input is connected to the output of a second low-frequency generator, connected to the reference input of the carrier adjustment unit. The control input of the controlled optical attenuator is connected through a light intensity adjustment unit to the output of the photodetector. The light intensity adjustment unit comprises a series-connected level shift device, the input of which forms the input of the light intensity adjustment unit, a low-pass filter, a comparator, the reference input of which is connected to the output of a level setting device, and a direct current amplifier, the output of which forms the output of the light intensity adjustment unit.

EFFECT: longer service life while maintaining high frequency stability of the output signal.
