FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has base 1 and working member 2 interconnected by flexible rods 3 secured by means of split bushings 4 and locks 5. Each flexible rod is made up of two cylindrical steps of equal length but differing in diameters d1 and d2 with equal pitch thread. Split clamping bushings have inner thread corresponding to thread on mating cylindrical step of flexible rod. Diameters of cylindrical steps of flexible rods satisfy the relationship d1< d2< 1,5 d1. Each step of flexible rod on section of its length 1 is clamped by split bushing with flange. Bushing has longitudinal radial split and thread in hole corresponding to thread on rod clamped step. Split bushings thrust by their flanges against end faces of two-step holes made in base and working member. Thread is made on one of these steps. Split bushing is clamped over its outer taper surface by lock made in form of hollow cylinder with inner taper surface corresponding to taper surface of bushing and provided with thread on outer surface.
