FIELD: methods of explosion protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosion-proof devices and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment in the event of an emergency. Explosion-proof element with the emergency notification system contains a body, a bursting element of the membrane type, a lined cargo gate movably connected to the body of the object to be protected. Valve body is made in the form of a lower cylindrical, middle conical and upper cylindrical parts, and in the lower cylindrical part there is placed a lined cargo gate that covers an opening in the body of the object to be protected, and in the upper cylindrical part of the valve body there is placed a fastening unit for a rupture element of the membrane type. Mobile connection of the lined cargo gate with the body of the object to be protected is made in the form of at least three guide rods, the middle part of which is movably located in the bushings fixed in the lined cargo gate, and the lower end of each of which is rigidly connected to the body by means of a flange. At the other end of the rods are fixed thrust plates, on which explosion-proof elements of the explosion-proof device are fixed, damping effects of the shock blast wave. Explosion-proof element is made in the form of the package of disc-shaped elastic elements, which are movably based on the guide rods and fixed onto the stop plate, and comprises the circular base, which is movably disposed on the rod by means of at least two pins. One end of the pin is rigidly fixed to the stop plate, and the other – enters with clearance in the hole made in the base, and is fixed by means of a nut. Cylindrical glass with a cavity and a hole through which the rod passes through the gap is rigidly and coaxially attached to the lower part of the base. Rod also moves inwardly into the interior of the bushing installed in the lined cargo gate and into the cavity of the cylindrical beaker with a hole through which the rod passes through the gap. Cavity of the cylindrical glass is filled with the shock-absorbing material of the polyurethane type with the rigidity that is lower than the rigidity of the disc-shaped elastic element package. Pack of disc-shaped elastic elements is located with a slight preload between the stop plate and the round base. On the outer surface of the pin, a bushing of rapidly disintegrating material is installed coaxially and axially symmetrically in the form of a triplex type glass, which performs the duplicating weak link function in the security system and on which the sensor in the form of a strain gage, which is part of the emergency phase alarm system, is also fixed. Rupture disk assembly is flanged and contains a membrane and a pair of clamping rings. For the convenience of assembling the membrane assembly, the rings are fastened together to one another with two diametrically located slats and screws. One of the screw holes in the bar has an elongated shape so that the presence of the slats does not prevent the membrane from being evenly and hermetically seized between the clamping rings when the flange connection is tightened.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency and reliability of protection of technological equipment from explosions.
