FIELD: explosive works; protection devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosion-proof devices and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment in the event of an emergency. Explosion-proof device with the alarm system for emergency situations contains the body, the bursting element of the membrane type, the lined cargo gate, which is movably connected to the body of the protected object. Body of the explosion-proof device is made in the form of the lower cylindrical, middle conical and upper cylindrical parts. In the lower cylindrical part there is a lined load gate valve covering a hole made in the body of the protected object, and in the upper cylindrical part of the explosion-proof device body the fastening unit of the bursting element of the membrane type is located, the movable connection of the lined cargo gate with the body of the protected object is made in the form of at least three guide rods, the middle part of which is movably placed in the bushings which are fixed in the lined cargo gate, and the lower end of each of them is rigidly connected to the body by means of the flange. At the other end of the rods are fixed thrust plates, on which explosion-proof elements of the explosion-proof device are fixed, damping effects of the shock blast wave. Explosion-proof element is made in the form of the package of disc-shaped elastic elements, which are movably based on the guide rods and fixed onto the stop plate, and comprises the circular base, which is movably disposed on the rod by means of at least two pins. One end of the pin is rigidly fixed to the stop plate, and the other – enters with the gap into the opening that is made in the base, and is fixed by means of the nut, the cylindrical glass with the cavity and the opening is rigidly and coaxially fixed to the bottom of the base, through which the rod passes through the gap, the rod also movably enters the interior of the bushing, which is installed in the lined cargo gate, and into the cavity of the cylindrical glass with the opening, through which the rod passes with the gap. Cavity of the cylindrical glass is filled with the vibrodempirating material of the polyurethane type with the rigidity that is lower than the rigidity of the disc-shaped elastic element package. On the external surface of the pin, the bushing of rapidly disintegrating material is installed coaxially and axially symmetrically in the form of the triplex glass, which performs the duplicating function of the "weak link" in the safety system and on which the sensor in the form of a strain gage is fastened, which is part of the initial phase warning system. Between the explosion-proof elements and the lined cargo gate the elements that are fast-disintegrating under the action of the primary impulse of the blast wave, which are made in the form of bushings, are installed, on which the sensors of the early phase warning system are fixed, which are made in the form of strain gages, the signals, from which the annunciations of the initial phase of the emergency go through the communication line to the amplifier, and from it through the communication line to the warning system unit. Alarm system of the initial phase of the emergency control unit, which monitors the emergency operation of the protected object, is connected to the emergency warning system through the space communication.
EFFECT: technical result is the increased efficiency and reliability of protection of technological equipment against explosions.
