FIELD: railroad building. SUBSTANCE: machine has a frame resting on carriers, units to stabilize road, drives enabling to be transposed and installed on the frame. Any unit has a vibrator installed on the carrier. The vibrator has rollers with fins, the rollers are pressed towards internal sides of the rails. There are vertical rotary rollers to interact to outer sides of the rails, and drives to correct the railway in plane. A system to measure railway position in lengthwise profile and a system to measure railway position in plane comprising measuring base and a transducer to detect railway position in plane fixed by elastic shim on the pivot of measuring carrier or on its frame. Measuring carrier is installed on the frame between units to stabilize railway. Electronic filter is connected to said transducer to select oscillations subject to a signal.
