FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: first one should reveal design position of the points for cutting slots to fix anchor tie rods on the wall when erecting construction. Protective housings are located on both sides to protect the slots in the wall from filling with concrete. Then transposing concrete form is installed and the head is concreted. The concrete form is removed and anchor tie rods are positioned inside the housings when concrete has achieved a proper strength. In so doing, the tie rod is inserted through tubular housing into box-type housing until head (anchor tie) appearance. Then tie rod head is fixed by engaging against hole edges when turning through 90 about its lengthwise axis. EFFECT: hydraulic structures of high strength. 3 dwg
