FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of works in hydraulic engineering, in particular to the construction and reconstruction of berths and other coastal structures. A method of manufacturing a near-cordon beam, including bottom elements 8 cut out of sheet metal, which are straight on three sides, and the fourth has a profile of installed sheet piles 7, includes the following operations: positioning the bottom elements 8 at the required level by means of leads 6 welded at right angles, and the subsequent stage, meshes or reinforcement cages of the future reinforced concrete structure and stop elements are welded to the metal surface of the sheet pile 8, and the stop elements that ensure positioning of the installed wall formwork 2 at an equal distance from the sheet pile 7 and reinforcement cages, providing the necessary protective layer of reinforcement 1, then concrete is accepted by the method of underwater concreting through the pipe 4, laid on the bottom elements 8. Thus, the presented manufacturing method is much more economically attractive in comparison with the technologies used to create similar reinforced concrete structures using heat chambers and other other similar devices. The timing of the work also varies greatly in favor of the invented method of work production.
EFFECT: manufacture of a near-cordon berth beam - a protective reinforced concrete slab on a metal sheet pile of a quay structure of the "bolverk" type, when the bottom of the slab is below the level of the water surface, without the use of expensive heat chambers for manufacturing.
