FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: solution-precursor is produced by dissolution of mixture of metal carbonates-components of high-temperature superconducting coats in solution of fatty acid in organic dissolvent which has low dielectric permittivity when heated and is applied to backing. Pyrolysis of coat layer is conducted with sudden rise of temperature up to 840-920 C. Then coat is annealed to give superconductivity. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture of coats. 2 cl, 1 tbl
