FIELD: dairy industry equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for production of milk products has a heat-insulated body provided with a steam generator and an operating vat with double walls. The vat is covered with a sealed cover. The inner space of the steam generator is open to space between the double walls. A stirrer, a loading device, and a device for taking measurements of temperature are secured on the vat cover. The apparatus is provided with a pressure gage mounted between the double walls. The stirrer is co-axial with the operating vat. The stirrer has at least two combs with teeth parallel with the stirrer axle and directed toward the operating vat cover.
