FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has continuous oven with electric heaters and regulators to adjust heaters in height, loading container with meter and conveyor with cellular moulds. Conveyor is made of all-metal closed flexible tape, 0.2-0.5 mm thick. Cells of moulds are arranged in rows, and contours and patterns on cell surface correspond to contours and patterns of surfaces of baked products. Conveyor belt is arranged for passing between pressure plate with slots for passage of moulds, and loading container. Pressure plate is secured on support frame in front of oven entrance. Slot made in bottom of loading container is oriented along conveyor belt width and it embraces row of moulds. Installed at slot outlet along the slot is knife whose length is not less than length of slot. Pressure roll is installed in front of knife for rotation and engagement with conveyor belt.
