SUBSTANCE: multifunctional scalpel-tunnelizer uses tube 1 with handle 2, calibration, with working bit 4 with blade 5 and end boss 3 with a longitudinal cut; tube 1 is made of titanium and connected to handle 2 by means of a threaded joint positioned in end boss 3 made in the form of cannula 6 with an internal cone and plug-diaphragm 7; blade 5 is installed on the external surface of detachable working bit 4, and plug- diaphragm 7 has a cavity for the laser light conduit with a duct for the laser light conduit and barometric pressure transducer.
