FIELD: recovery of articles made of industrial rubber. SUBSTANCE: device has a voltage source and electrodes disposed in the cryostat. One of the electrodes is made of two grounded members embracing the tire. The members are fixed on the axle of the drive roller for bringing the tire into rotation. The roller is also placed in the cryostat. The second electrode is disposed inside the tire in the zone of the grounded members and is connected with the voltage source. The latter ensures the creation of pulses of positive polarity with the voltage amplitude sufficient for the breakdown of the tire material. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
