FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: uncured lower casing consisting of prepreg layers on the basis of carbon or glass fibres and a polymer binding agent of epoxy type is laid on a moulding tool. A simulator of honeycomb filler, which is made from metallic or non-metallic material and coated with an anti-adhesive layer, is installed on the uncured lower casing. The simulator of honeycomb filler coincides with the shape of honeycomb filler. Then, along the outline of the simulator of honeycomb filler there laid are reinforcement layers the composition of which corresponds to composition of layers of the lower casing. The simulator of honeycomb filler is attached to the moulding tool with possibility of removal in the future. Then, the obtained assembly is packed into a vacuum bag and hardened at the temperature of 175±5°C and pressure of 4…7.5 atm. Then, the assembly is pressed out, and the simulator of honeycomb filler is removed. As a result, a seat for honeycomb filler is formed. Then, the lower adhesive film is laid on the inner side of cured lower casing and reinforcement layers. Honeycomb filler with chamfers, which is made from metallic or non-metallic material, is installed into the obtained seat. EFFECT: invention allows shortening a production cycle and labour intensity of production of three-layered panels and improving quality of appearance.
