FIELD: machine building. SUBSTANCE: the internal cavity of a shaft is coated with a sealing composition comprising (%): 2-3 polyacrylamide; 0.5-1.0% carboxymethyl cellulose; 15-20 kerogene; 10 cellulose- paper dust; 10 rubber crumb; and water the balance. The sealing composition fills up the holes and forms a layer of 1-3 mm. The layer is dried at room temperature for 24 hours and a liquid polyurethane compound is poured into the clearance between the shaft external surface and the mold, dried at room temperature for 24 hours, the mold is removed and the coating is dried at 115 ± 5°C for 20-24 hours. The sealing compound is washed away with water from the holes. EFFECT: improved properties of the polyurethane coatings.
