FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: process is carried out in 3 steps. First, polyethylene glycol adipate with molecular weight 1800-2200 interacts with tolylene 2,4- diisocyanate. To prepolymer obtained, triarylmethane is added to form rigid diol-urethane segment. Prepolymer mixtures obtained in the two first steps are completed with cross-linking component - 3,3-dichloro- 4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane in amounts 0.03 to 0.25% and 9-13% based on prepolymer weight, respectively. Additionally, tolylene 2,4-diisocyanate and low-molecular diol at molar ratio 1.5:1 are added. Resultant polyurethane exhibits high mechanical properties: strength, rupture deformation and tear resistance ensuring high cyclic stability of structures, for example, polyurethane opposing spring for press equipment and press and pump membranes, etc. EFFECT: improved mechanical properties. 5 ex
