FIELD: coal mining and processing. SUBSTANCE: coal deposit is opened and coal is won. Winning of coal is carried out concurrently with coal processing into fuel composition in form of producer gas and pulverized solid fuel. Composition is preliminarily compacted and supplied to combustion chamber of internal combustion engine with electric generator, and heat of exhaust gases is utilized in steam-air blast. Ash and other solid residues of processing are used for manufacture of building materials or for filling worked-out spaces. Used for processing is complex of equipment including steam generator and electric generator, and also thermal gas generator of fuel composition and internal combustion engine which converts heat of combustion of fuel composition into electric power. Exhaust of internal combustion engine is connected via steam generator to thermal gas generator of fuel composition. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
