SUBSTANCE: device has engine unit constructed as power cylinders 1,2 with engine pistons 3,4 rigidly interconnected with rod 5 and pump unit constructed as hydraulic cylinder 6 mounted coaxially to the power cylinder and having compressor spaces 7,8 defined by the internal surface of the housing of hydraulic cylinder 6 and face surfaces 9 and 10 of piston 11 fixed to rod 5. Compressor spaces 7 and 8 have inlet valves 12,13 and outlet valves 14,15. Inlet valves 12,13 are provided with a drive for forced opening. EFFECT: improved structure. 4 cl, 1 dwg
