FIELD: electric drives. SUBSTANCE: device has inductor 1 having magnetic circuit and multiphase winding. Permanent magnet is positioned on inductor. secondary element has core 4 and winding 5. Winding of secondary element is shaped as unfolded squirrel cage which rods are connected to common wire from one side and on another side a magnetic switch is placed between each pair of rods. Rods of secondary element winding that are placed under inductor forms short-circuited winding because permanent magnet 3 forces conduction in corresponding magnetic switches while magnetic switches in running-out rods of secondary element become opened and do not conduct current anymore.
