FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: method of continuous extraction with the help of liquid, that is fed by countercurrent to meet moved by transportation means heterogeneous system provides for contracting of the heterogeneous system and decompensate it in direction of motion. In the case, one part of liquid phase is filtered out and removed to input of the heterogeneous system, that is subjected to multiple contraction and decompression. Liquid phase from zone of expansion is fed back in zone of contraction. In the case, fed liquid phase has subjected to extraction or washing out substance in less degree, than removed liquid phase. Apparatus to realize the method has: body with means to feed heterogeneous system and liquid phase, that are located on shaft of transportation mean; mean to make contraction and decompression; means for phases removal. Apparatus has additional stage of continuous extraction or washing out, connected by pipes with transportation mean and pipe, mounted at an angle to the stage and providing self-flow of heterogeneous system with previous stage. In zone of contraction there are means for removal at least part of liquid phase and in zone of decompression at least partially means are provided to feed liquid phase.
