FIELD: chemical industry; devices for realization of the exothermal and endothermic chemical reactions.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to the pseudo-isothermal catalytic reactor and the lumped heat exchanger for realization of the exothermal and endothermic chemical reactions. The pseudo-isothermal reactor essentially with the cylindrical body closed from the opposite ends by the corresponding bottom doors, at least one of which has at least one hatch with a hole, the diameter of which is less than the diameter of the body, and the located inside the body reaction zone with the catalyst layer. The reactor according to the invention has at least two modular and assembled heat exchangers arranged in the reaction zone. The dimensions of the heat exchangers across-sections are less than the dimensions of the hatch hole and each of which has at least one lamellar heat-exchange component. The technical result of the invention is optimization of the heat exchanging process.
EFFECT: the invention ensures optimization of the heat exchanging process.
