FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: reaction chamber has grating, made of parallel dielectric pipes with semiconducting layer under their inner surfaces, that conducts current. During operation process electrons hit inner surface of pipes, ionizing molecules, absorbed on surfaces. Then the molecule are accelerated by electrical field and are carried to new place on surface and there they are joining absorbed molecules to form different new and bigger molecules. Excessive hydrogen in ionized state is carried off during its acceleration by electrical field to opposite ends of pipes. Under definite conditions of operation big molecules are divided for small molecules. Ionization with adjustable hit of electrons in the apparatus also helps to realize reactions between several types of molecules. The reactions are not realized under normal conditions of chemical balance or in case of usage of general catalysts. EFFECT: apparatus is used in chemical industry. 14 cl, 6 dwg
