FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing laminate which comprises two substrates glued together by means of polymeric adhesive one of substrates including ethylene or propylene polymer. Method comprises applying polymeric adhesive onto first substrate and forming second substrate. In this case use is made of polymeric adhesive comprising organic solvent and ethylene or propylene polymer. Polymer has unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof, ester, amine, imide and metal salt grafted to said polymer. Total weight of grafted ethylene and/or propylene polymer and organic solvent amounts to at least 80% calculated for total weight of adhesive. Forming of second substrate is carried out by injection forming of ethylene or propylene polymer and optional additives onto adhesive coaled first substrate. Also described are laminate and footwear prepared by claimed method. Invention makes it possible to prepare laminates comprising natural or synthetic materials which may not or should not be melted.
