FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: urea is synthesized in two successive reaction zones including a preliminary reactor. Ammonia and carbon dioxide are reacted in the first reaction zone equipped with a preliminary reactor. Unreacted carbamate in reaction mixture is subjected for thermic decomposition to obtain ammonia and carbon dioxide that are fed to the second reaction zone where they react with carbamate recirculated solution going out from urea regeneration section. Temperature and molar ratio ammonia : carbon dioxide in the second reaction zone is maintained by regulation of carbamate recirculated solution and temperature of residual carbamate decomposition feeding from the first reaction zone. Process in the first reaction zone is carried out at condition of partial heat removing under pressure 210-280 bars and at temperature 210 C, not above. Equipment has a device for thermic carbamate decomposition connected with a section for regeneration of urea, ammonia and carbamate and pipelines also for recirculation of regenerated carbamate into the second reactor. Device has additionally an agent for regulation of temperature of recirculated carbamate that is disposed at least in one pipeline for carbamate recirculation. Indicated agent has tubular heat exchanger. EFFECT: improved technology, decreased energy consumption, increased yield of the end product. 2 cl, 1 dwg
