FIELD: wine production. SUBSTANCE: method involves using of half-finished grape wine, oak concentrate and aromatic principle. Blend is prepared in two steps. On the first step 0.10-0.17 dal of aromatic principle, 21-30 dal of sweetening agent and 10-20 dal of oak concentrate are mixed to prepare blend. Thus prepared mixture is allowed to stand within 2-3 days. On the second step previously prepared mixture, 0.05-0.08 dal of aromatic principle, 150-200 dal of half-finished grape wine, 2-4 dal of color, 225-235 dal of alcohol and water are mixed to prepare blend. Quantity of water is so that provides producing 1000 dal of drink. Desired blend is mixed and filtered. EFFECT: intensifies the process of production of wine drink.
