FIELD: wine and liqueur-vodka production. SUBSTANCE: proposed drink contains (dal): half-finished wine material or grape wine 125-130, rectified ethyl alcohol 5.0-10, oak concentrate 25-30. Said drink also contains 750-820 kg of granulated sugar, 0.14-0.16 kg of aromatic principle(I), 2.5-3.5 kg of aromatic principle (II), 15-20 kg of citric acid and water. All these values are used to prepare 1000 dal of desired product having concentration 25.3 vol EFFECT: improves organoleptic properties of desired drink.
