FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: panel has lower carrying layer 1 of reinforced concrete, thermal insulating layer 2 of variable density about thickness made of gas-claydite-bitumen-concrete, and upper layer 3 of glass mesh, securely linked to previous layer and coated with bitumen emulsion mastic, that is layer 4. Panel molding is performed in a mold covered with perforated screen. Material of variable density across thickness, high porosity in the middle part, and dense hydrophobic surface is generated in the process of porous generation in thermal insulating layer caused by gas-generating addition. Binding agents (bitumen and cement) are adsorbed by glass mesh surface, that reinforces layer surface increasing its resistance to crack initiation. Bitumen emulsion mastic is used to treat panel surface for the purpose of improving waterproofness. EFFECT: improved waterproofness and technological effectiveness. 3 cl, 1 dwg
